A link is a promise.A receipt is proof.
ChaosPay sends USDC on Arc and turns every payment into a record both sides can check on the public explorer. Mainnet USDC has real monetary value.

What it does today
Everything here is finished. Nothing implied.
One currency all the way down
USDC moves and USDC pays the fee. There is no second volatile token to acquire before a payment can go out.
The wallet signs, the app never holds
ChaosPay builds the transfer and hands it to your wallet. No private key, no custody, no account to create.
A request is a URL, or a QR
Recipient, amount, memo and reference travel in the link. Share it as a URL or scan the code — the checkout opens already filled in.
Create a requestEvery payment ends in a receipt
The hash goes straight to ArcScan, and the same payment prints as an invoice your browser can save as a PDF. Both sides check one public record.
Open activityRecipients you keep
Addresses you pay often are saved in this browser under a name, so a transfer starts from a label instead of forty hex characters.
Open contactsAn assistant that only reads
It checks a balance, estimates a transfer and looks up a transaction, then shows the evidence with a block number and a check time. It has no tool that signs or sends.

What this is not
A mainnet MVP, not a production payment processor.
Memos and references live in the link and the local receipt. They are not written onchain.
History and saved requests are stored in this browser, capped at 200 each.
A request is marked paid only by an exact-amount match found while this app is open. A payment that lands while it is closed for long is not seen, and the requests page prints how far it has looked.
The assistant sends your question, and any address you choose to share, to the AI provider. It has no tool that signs or sends.
Browser tests run against a mock wallet and RPC. They do not prove live settlement.
